#13 Email organization.

My email is a disaster. I totally rely on the ease of the search functions to find what I am looking for. However, right now, with about 8 million emails pouring in for online learning - I wish I had a system. I'm not sure how I want to organize my email, so I just don't. My personal email had folders and I use gmails' tagging system. With my work email I just don't. I am not sure why. I think student folders by class and parent folders would be a good place to start. We shall see.

  1. Hi. I use labels a lot to organize my email. Actually it works. First you have to define your labels (folders) to something that will work good for you. At first it's a little hard, but once it's done….it's done. I heard that by using rules you can organize all your old email into labels much easier. I don't know much about this…..but I will learn.
